Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I have a tight access job with both machines fit down the side of my house?
A: Every Combo Unit has matching equipment. From narrow access units, which are, less than 1 meter wide up to our larger Combo Units, which are 1.5, meters wide.
Q: What happens if it’s raining?
A: When you make an enquiry you will receive a text message with your local operators phone number. Please make contact with your operator if you feel the weather will impact your job. Most of the time our operator would have already touched base with you to discuss what impact the weather has had on your particular job and reschedule the next suitable date for your project.
Q: Do you need to see the job before you come and do the job?
A: Quite often we can discuss your job over the phone and I can give you a rough price based on how long we think the job should take. But as our franchisee is local to your area he will be more than happy to come out and take a look to provide you with a written price and lend some advise if required.
Q: What size post hole auger sizes does your Combo Unit come with?
A: Our excavators generally carry on board 300mm, 350mm, 450mm and 600mm size auger attachments. If you require a specialised size auger please feel free to contact us and we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
Q: If your Combo Unit comes with a truck do I have to pay for rubbish removal?
A: Quite often your job would be quoted to include all dump fees and the time taken to travel to the closest dumpsite. If the job is quoted on an hourly rate the dump fees will also be added to the costs at the end of the job.
Q: Can your machines break up and remove my driveway.
A: Absolutely, having both machines on site are perfect for all aspects of pulling up or breaking the driveway. Quite often a older driveway can be pulled up with just a dingo mini loader or skid steer bobcat but if required we can also provide the facilities to break up the concrete with a attachment on one of our mini excavators.
